A pale golden robe with fresh aromas of citrus and toast. Juicy and rich in fruit flavors, it has energy, with beautiful acidity, minerality, and elegant woody notes, leaving a remarkable finish on the palate.

Production

Cultivation: The grape vines are harvested by hand, using integrated pest management combined with soil work.

Winemaking: After harvest, the grapes are pneumatically pressed and temperature controlled. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels (20% new) and tanks.
