This delicate and elegant white wine is made from Chardonnay grown on the blessed slopes of the village of Saint-Romain. Aromas of fresh citrus and white flowers emerge, followed by soft minerality and exquisite acidity on the palate. A subtle vanilla aroma from barrel aging brings the wine together elegantly, adding a refined accent to any meal. This wine captures the essence of Burgundy and is perfect to enjoy with seasonal fish dishes or light appetizers.

Technical Data

Cultivation: The vines are harvested by hand, using integrated pest management combined with soil work.

Winemaking: After harvest, the grapes are pneumatically pressed and temperature controlled. The wine is aged for 12 months in barrels (20% new) and tanks.
