Tasting notes
A vibrant, deep red color with purplish undertones. Expressive aromas of cherries and subtle hints of wood. Starts with silky tannins, transitioning into a fresh, fruity palate, and finishes with an elegant, refined aftertaste.

Production

Special Cultivation Method:
Integrated pest and disease management conducted alongside soil maintenance. Green harvesting performed to improve fruit quality. Hand-harvested and sorted to select only the finest grapes.

Vinification:
100% destemmed.
Fermented on the skins for approximately 12 days under temperature-controlled conditions.
Daily pumping over and foot treading carried out.
Pressing done using an air-pressure press.
Aged in oak barrels (15% new oak) for 12 months before bottling.
