Technical Data

Special cultivation methods
Integrated pest management was implemented in conjunction with soil work, and a green harvest was carried out to improve fruit quality, with only the best grapes selected through hand-picking and sorting.

Vinification: 100% destemmed, fermented on the skins for approximately 12 days under temperature-controlled conditions, with daily pumping over and foot treading, and pneumatic pressing. Ageing in oak barrels (15% of which are new) for 12 months before bottling.
