Production

Cultivation

Special cultivation methods, integrating soil management with sustainable pest and disease control.
Green harvests were conducted to enhance fruit quality.
Hand-harvested and sorted to select only the finest grapes.

Vinification

100% destemming followed by fermentation on the skins for approximately 12 days under temperature-controlled conditions.
Daily pump-overs and foot treading were performed, followed by pneumatic pressing.
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels (15% new oak) before bottling.
