ニュイの樽が、蒸留酒に宿した優雅さ。
“Vents d'Anges”シリーズ初のシングルカスクです。ヴァンサン・ゴディエのニュイ・サン・ジョルジュ プルミエ・クリュ レ・ダモードの熟成に使われた228Lのフレンチオーク樽へ、2021年3月19日、樽が空いた同じ日の午後に蒸留したディスティラートを充填しました。古い黄金色から銅を帯びた色調、栗や穀物、胡桃、香ばしく焦がしたような香り。厚みとクリーミーな質感があり、乾いた胡桃の風味が長く続きます。
Tasting note
Appearance Clear and sparkling, with nuances ranging from old gold to coppery red. Nose First Impression Powerful, with notes of chestnut, grain, walnut, and a savory, toasted aroma. Second Impression Oak and delicate, wine-like aromas. Palate Attack A smooth mouthfeel with a soft impression. Mid-palate Rich and full-bodied with a creamy texture, the aromas from the nose expand in the mouth. Finish A long-lasting and very pleasant dry walnut flavor.

"Vent d'Ange N°21048" is the first single cask in the "Vents d'Anges" series.
It originated from a 228L fine-grained French oak barrel from Fougerais, which was used to age Vincent Gaudry's 2019 and 2018 "Nuits-Saint-Georges Premier Cru Les Damodes."
The distillate "D022", distilled on the morning of March 19, 2021, was filled into the empty barrel on the afternoon of the same day.
In addition to Sorigny's characteristic fruitiness and straw-like aromas, this first single cask edition from a "fresh cask" is a spiritual exploration of wine and spirits, combining the elegance of a Nuits Premier Cru derived from Pinot Noir with the softness brought by Planet barley grown in the "Bois Dieu" plot.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
