Technical Data

Made with 100% malted barley (Lauriate) grown without pesticides from sowing to harvest in our own fields. Harvested on July 22, 2021. Distilled from summer to autumn 2022.

To preserve the malt character and aroma, it is aged for 12 months in Jerome Filey's fine French oak barrels and fine Burgundy wine barrels.
