Complex sand and red clay soil. 1.25ha, planted in 1920. Fully destemmed. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 25 days. Pigeage and remontage, temperature controlled at a maximum of 28°C. Aged in tanks for 20 months before bottling. Characterized by delicate yet firm tannins, with a dense, ripe fruit flavor. Round and deep, with the tannin structure typical of old vines.
