Tasting notes
Deep purple.
Highly complex nose of sun-kissed fruit, sweet spices, shrubland and humus.
It has delicate yet firm tannins and a rich, ripe fruit flavour.
The finish is surprisingly long and peppery.

Saint Dominique Bastide

La Bastide Saint Dominique

La Bastide Saint Dominique is located in the southern Rhône, midway between Avignon and Orange. The estate was established around a 16th-century chapel and was founded in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet. In 1999, their son, Éric Bonnet, took over the management from his parents, bringing both vitality and modernity while preserving the family tradition.
