Technical Data

Terroir: basalt, sandy loam, schist, sandstone, clay, etc. Cold settling, direct entonage, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel (Burgundy style). Aging for 1 year in 2-5 year old barrels, then 6 months in tanks.
