A very unique wine made from the highly prized Carignan Blanc and Roussanne grapes. Excellent acidity and minerality bring out richness and sweetness. One of the most complex white wines from the Languedoc region.

Tasting Notes
It has a strong roasted sesame aroma, a wonderful balance of acidity and minerality, and a very stimulating, rich, and powerful mouthfeel. The aftertaste is very long and complex.

 White fish in cream sauce, scallops with white pepper, tuna tartare in olive oil, veal and lamb pancreas with mushrooms, hard cheese (Cantal)

Technical Data

The juice is clarified at low temperatures, alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation are carried out in barrels, and the wine is then aged for 12 months in barrels (new barrels for Roussanne) and then for 3 months in tanks.
