Its color is black cherry red with purple shades. On the nose it is very complex, with intense aromas of black fruits intermingling with herbal and spicy flavors of "Galligar". On the palate, the wine presents soft and rounded tannins. The 2020 Gabro is elegant in style, but also impresses with its Mediterranean sensibility and the expression of its aromas.

Fossilized clay soil 80m above sea level. Age: 38-51 years. Fruits hand-picked in small baskets.

Malolactic fermentation mainly takes place in French tonneaus. Aged for 8 to 9 months in a mix of French tonneau and barrique (60% new barrels), and 12 months in bottle.
