This wine, made using all the grape varieties from the plot, is a perfect introduction to the world of Montepeloso. Its deep, bright color is intense. The nose is dominated by notes of dark red fruit and herbs, intermingled with spicy aromas and mineral notes. The palate has a wonderful tension. The texture is mineral, with hints of black fruit and aromatic forest.

Young vines (10 years old) from the Domaine on flint-rich clay soils

brewing
Temperature-controlled destemming.
Skin contact maceration took place for 5 to 22 days, depending on the variety.
15% undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.
It was aged for seven months in barrels of various sizes (15% new) and then for four months in bottle.
