Technical Data

Viticulture
25-40 year old vines. Planted on silex and fossilized clay at 80m above sea level.

Winemaking
Temperature-controlled fermentation. Maceration for 20-30 days depending on the grape variety.
Aged for 8 months in 400-liter barrels (40% new).
Then aged in bottle for 9 months.
