Tasting notes
This highly aromatic and high-quality Pinot Noir has a lovely, delicate fruitiness of Morello cherries. The gourmand flavor (preferred by gourmets) is complemented by silky tannins that add volume and a long finish.

Pairing
Red meats like duck confit and Flemish beef carbonade are excellent.

Massage selection from Bourgogne Pommard Clos des Zepeneaus, 60% whole bunch harvest, vinified in truncated conical wooden tanks, 3 weeks tank aging, malolactic fermentation.

Le Rocher des Violettes

Xavier Weisskopf studied winemaking in Chablis and Beaune, and after obtaining a degree in œnologie and viticulture, he worked for four years as cellar master at Château de Saint-Cosme in Gigondas. After four years as cellar master at Château de Saint-Cosme in Gigondas, he bought his first plot of 7ha and founded Le Rocher des Violettes in 2005.
