Only great wines can make great Champagnes. We have selectedonly the best plots and vinified the grapes using the mostdemanding methods, without compromise, in order to obtain thepurest rose colour and the most delicate sensations.

Tasting notes
This luminous Champagne with rose gold reflections reveals complex notes of lively maturity.
Beautiful structured, its freshness combines with a fragrance with notes of wild red fruits.
On the palate, it offers its long vinous strength, supporting a deliciously fruity finish.

Pairing
This rosé Champagne will go perfectly with veal carpaccio, or with a Chaource for a superb pairing with Cheese & Champagne.
For dessert, with a red fruit sabayon with Champagne.
