Sparkling golden color and delicate, persistent bubbles. Rich and delicate. Complex yet refreshing. The first thing you notice is a floral scent, followed by hints of blood orange and roasted warm almonds. It is characterized by depth and a firm minerality, and is full of elegant fruitiness.

Appearance: Bright golden colour with a fine, persistent effervescence.
Nose: Rich and delicate, complex yet refreshing, the nose opens with floral notes followed by hints of blood orange and warm roasted almond.
Taste: Characterized by depth and firm minerality, it is full of elegant fruit flavors, with a delicate structure and subtle oak aromas.

Production

- The harvested grapes are vinified separately for each plot.
- Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures
- Yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae (commonly used as budding yeast and baker's yeast)
- Malolactic fermentation is carried out
- Natural fining, no artificial fining
- Very low sulfite content (approximately 1/3 of the permitted level)
- 6% of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 9 months
- Aging: 10 years or more on the lees
- Dosage 5 g/L
