This natural red wine, primarily made from Carignan grapes, is from the Corbières region of southern France. Its aromas of black cherry, spices, and herbs linger, and its rich fruitiness harmonizes with smooth tannins. It pairs well with meat dishes with sauces and game. Made without added sulfites, this wine allows you to enjoy the pure flavor of the grapes.

Tasting notes
When poured into a glass, it reveals a deep, rich purple hue, giving it a youthful yet powerful impression.
The aroma is complex and lively, with notes of ripe black cherry and cassis layered with wild herbs and spices typical of southern French garrigue and a hint of menthol.
On the palate, the rich fruitiness spreads throughout the mouth, while the dense, velvety tannins provide the structure.
It has a powerful yet rounded texture, a long finish, and a pleasant, spicy, rich aftertaste.
This wine has a pure fruitiness due to natural brewing and you can fully feel the energy derived from the terroir.

Age of the tree: Approximately 30 years
Soil: High gravel terrace

Winemaking
Harvesting: Hand-picked in small baskets, with sorting
Vinification: Carignan and Mourvedre are destemmed and 30% of the stems are added after fermentation.
Blended before fermentation. No sulfites added during the brewing process. Natural yeast used.
Aging: 8 months in concrete tanks

The estate is owned by Fabre Family, owners in Corbieres appellation since 1605 and they bought Château de Luc in 1876. Today it the 15th generations who is in charge of all the estates (5 differents Châteaux in Languedoc appellation)
