シラーにヴィオニエを添えた、ペイ・ドックの品よく芳醇な赤。紫を帯びたルビー色で、黒系果実の濃密なアロマに、バルサミコや金柑を思わせるミント系の香り、しっとりとした樽由来のニュアンスが重なります。口中ではカシスやスイカズラ、フレッシュアーモンド、スミレのアロマがしなやかに広がり、柔らかなタンニンが滑らかな質感を描きます。アペリティフに、タパスやグリルした肉、タジンとともに。
