LUXは光を意味すると同時に、自然が与えてくれる贅沢をも指す名。ルーサンヌ、ロール、グルナッシュ・ブランを等分に合わせ、コルビエールのフレッシュさとミネラル感という新たな一面を描き出したキュヴェです。美しい黄金色。カレーや香辛料、オレンジの皮、生姜のアロマが立ちのぼります。ミネラル感と柑橘の果実味が広がり、ハリのある複雑な味わいで、余韻は長く繊細。鶏肉とモリーユ茸、スパイシーな料理とともに。

Tasting note

Beautiful golden color. The aroma is of curry, spices, orange peel, and ginger. The taste is mineral, with orange peel and citrus fruit flavors. It has a firm, complex flavor and a long, delicate finish.

Winemaking & technical data

Malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The three grape varieties are blended after fermentation. A small amount of sulfite is added before bottling. Bottled.
