This red wine is made from Carignan vines over 100 years old. Produced using biodynamic farming methods and without the addition of sulfites, it is incredibly juicy and powerful, with a rich and complex flavor. It embodies Jean-Louis Triboulet's philosophy and allows you to feel the power of nature.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of black fruit, tar, crushed stone and various game meats are at the forefront. This wine is surprisingly juicy and powerful. It has a rich mouthfeel with fresh tannins. The finish is long and lingering.

Technical Data

All grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks for 8-20 days using wild yeast. The wine is carefully and gently pumped out to avoid damaging the grapes. Aged in wooden barrels. No added SO2.
