樹齢100年を超える古樹のカリニャンから生まれる赤。ビオディナミ農法で育てた果実を亜硫酸無添加で醸造し、ジャン＝ルイ・トリブレ氏の哲学がそのまま味わいに表れています。ブラックフルーツやタール、石を砕いたような香りに狩猟肉のニュアンスが前面へ。濃厚な口当たりに対してタンニンは爽やかで、驚くほどのジューシーさと力強さが同居します。肉のグリルやジビエとともに、ゆっくりと。

Tasting note
Aromas of black fruit, tar, crushed stone and various game meats are at the forefront. This wine is surprisingly juicy and powerful. It has a rich mouthfeel with fresh tannins. The finish is long and lingering.
