Collection: Jean-Louis Triboulet

France - Roussillon

The Domaine was founded in 2002 with 8 hectares in the Latour-de-France appellation, and today it has 13 hectares of vineyards in the Côtes du Roussillon Villages-Latour-de-France appellation.

terroir

Located near Perpignan, the soil is dry and stony.

vine

Grape varieties: Carignan, Grenache, Syrah, Macabeu, Grenache Gris. 40% of the vines are 30 years old, with some even being 50 or 70 years old.

Winemaking

From the very beginning, the Domaine has avoided chemicals in its vineyards and winery, instead relying on natural methods for winemaking. The grapes are so juicy and exquisite at harvest that Jean-Louis has minimal intervention in the winemaking process. He adds only small amounts of sulfites, or even none at all. He does not filter the wines. Wines made in this way naturally reveal the potential of the grapes and allow them to express their unique characteristics.

Jean-Louis Triboulet

After graduating from a vocational high school for viticulture, Jean-Louis studied winemaking under winemaker Gauby. He often says, "I respect the Earth (nature) and live off its bounty."

His goal is to create 'honest' wines that respect the vintage and the terroir.
