Made primarily from Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah grapes, this wine is vinified using biodynamic farming methods and no added sulfur dioxide, resulting in a harmonious blend of pure fruit flavors and complex aromas. Tasting Notes
A fruity and elegant red wine with notes of shrubland, fresh red fruit and black cherry liqueur. It is medium-bodied, delicate, elegant and very fresh on the palate, with elegant tannins.

Pairing
Grilled meat and roasted potatoes.

Technical Data

All grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with natural yeast for 8-20 days. The wine is carefully and gently pumped out to avoid damaging the grapes. Aged in wooden barrels. No added SO2.
