Tasting notes
This fruity and elegant red wine showcases notes of scrubland, fresh red fruits, and black cherry liqueur. It has a medium body with a delicate, sophisticated, and very fresh mouthfeel. The wine also features elegant tannins.

Pairing
Grilled meat and roasted potatoes.

Production

The grapes are fully destemmed and fermented for 8-20 days using natural yeast in concrete tanks. Careful and gentle pumping over is carried out to avoid crushing the grapes. The wine is aged in barrels, with minimal sulfur dioxide used in the process.
