Tasting notes
The pale salmon-pink robe shines elegantly in the glass, revealing fresh aromas of white peach, nectarine, and wild strawberry, reminiscent of an early summer orchard.
In the mouth, delicate yet solid fruit flavors spread, while the refreshing citrus-like acidity beautifully tightens the overall flavor. The aftertaste is subtly evocative of herbs and white pepper, creating an appetizing elegance.

Soil: gravel and pebbles, blue clay, silty sandy loam
Cultivation method: Organic farming since 2009

Winemaking
Part of the wine is fermented in demi-muid (600L wooden barrels).
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks is also used.

The estate, created in 2003, is located at the South part of Rhône Valley on the Sarrians’ Garrigue plateau. The 57.5 Ares offer 4 different appellations including 3 colors in Vacqueyras. In 2009 the estate became officially organic.
