樹齢80年が語る、南ローヌの真髄。
丸石と砂利に覆われた粘土石灰質の畑で、樹齢80年の古樹から。グルナッシュを主体にシラーとサンソーを重ね、自生酵母で発酵させたのち、木製円錐型タンクと樫樽で6ヶ月、コンクリートタンクでさらに6ヶ月熟成させました。紫がかった深い赤に、ユーカリやミントの清涼感、ドライストロベリーや森の下草、リコリスが重なります。ビロードのような口当たり。8〜10年の熟成にも応えます。
Tasting note
Deep red with a purplish luster. The aroma is very fresh, with notes of eucalyptus and mint. These aromas are echoed on the palate, intertwined with notes of dried strawberry, forest undergrowth, and licorice. The mouthfeel is velvety smooth, complex, and flavorful. A hint of chocolate lingers on the finish.

Aged 80-year-old vines tell the story of the essence of the Southern Rhône.
From 80-year-old vines grown in clay-limestone soils covered with round pebbles and gravel, this wine is a blend primarily of Grenache, with Syrah and Cinsault. After fermentation with indigenous yeasts, it is aged for 6 months in conical wooden vats and oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in concrete tanks. Cassis and dark fruit notes are layered with licorice and black pepper, creating a deep and vibrant flavor. It is truly a "vin de garde" capable of aging for 8 to 10 years.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
