Maceration in stainless steel vats for 5 weeks. Aging in old barrels for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered. Aromas of fruit compote, leaf mulch, spices, pepper, and a melted oak accent. An excellent taste that captures the ripeness of the grapes. A cuvée with a rich aroma and freshness.

Technical Data

The grapes are harvested from old vines (the Grenache vines are 45 years old) with yields of less than 35hL per hectare.

In brewing, emphasis is placed on long maceration.

Aged for a minimum of 12 months in Allier oak barrels.
