When poured into a glass, a deep ruby color unfurls, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits delicately layered with Mediterranean herbs such as violet and rosemary.
Syrah contributes spicy notes and black pepper, Cinsault offers a smooth fruitiness, and Grenache provides a deep sweetness, all harmoniously balanced.
On the palate, it is supple and fresh, with fine, rounded tannins, and a pleasant finish of bitter cacao and licorice notes.
