Vinification is fermented in concrete tanks for 6 weeks, then blended before being put into tanks.
Aging takes place in oak barrels and demi-glace.

Soil type: poor old alluvial soil, red clay with crushed gravel.
The plot is located on the terraced hillsides of the Gigondas appellation, in an area known as La Louisiane.
