Pairing

Production

Vinification involves fermentation in concrete tanks for six weeks. The blend is made before being placed into the tanks. Aging is conducted in oak barrels and demi-muids.

Soil type: impoverished old alluvial soil, consisting of red clay with broken pebbles. The vineyard is located on the terraced slopes of the Gigondas appellation in a place known as La Luisiane.
