Tasting notes
Full-bodied and surprisingly textured, yet seamlessly elegant. Nuances of fleshy dark fruit, classic Southern Rhône liquorice, roasted herbs and spice box. Silky mouthfeel, well ripe tannins, long and salty finish with great depth and deliciousness from the Mourvedre.

Pairing
Pairs perfectly with red wine-braised beef, venison, lamb, and a variety of meat dishes. It's also great slightly chilled with grilled fish dishes garnished with fresh herbs.
