After a short maceration of about 10 days, the wine was fermented in small stainless steel tanks. It was then aged for 12 months in two 600L barrels. This wine is fine-grained, complex, and rich. It offers wonderful freshness and length, with tropical fruits such as pineapple and blood orange, and a subtle bitterness. It pairs well with fish dishes, chicken, white meat, couscous, and cheese.
