A rare elegance in Cahors

This wine is macerated using traditional methods for approximately 25 days, then aged in cement tanks for approximately 15 months. It features a very fruity aroma. The palate is silky and unusually elegant for Cahors. You can taste the red fruits and a touch of spice.

This red wine features rich fruit and powerful tannins. The dense aroma of blackberry and black cherry is layered with nuances of spice and vanilla, creating a complex aroma. On the palate, you can feel the firm body and smooth tannins, along with the rich flavor of fruit, and a pleasant, lingering finish. With aging, it has the potential to gain even more depth, and its charm will blossom over time.
