The light and pure fruitiness of Grenache and Syrah is complemented by the aroma of fresh berries and herbs, while the minerals from the slate soil tighten the flavor. The natural craftsmanship creates a gentle mouthfeel and clarity. This red wine exudes a southern French vibe, adding a touch of elegance to your everyday dining table.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
A deep ruby red in color. Upon tipping the glass, the aroma of red fruits such as raspberry and griotte cherry rises, followed by nuances of herbs typical of the south of France such as black pepper, thyme, and rosemary. In the background, there is a subtle minerality from the slate and a subtle smokiness.

In the mouth, the fruitiness spreads with a soft attack, and the juicy, lively acidity tightens the overall flavor. The tannins are very delicate and silky. The wine has a light body yet depth, resulting in a well-balanced finish that exudes the purity and energy of natural wine.

The finish is pleasant, with red fruit, spice, and a slight earthy saltiness, leaving you wanting more. It's also delicious served chilled, making it a friendly red wine that complements your everyday dining table.
