A rare Syrah from the Northern Rhone, this deep ruby red wine exudes aromas of ripe blackberries and spices. Its supple, powerful tannins and rich acidity are perfectly balanced, making it a perfect pairing with lamb, duck, and other red meats. Enjoy its luxurious flavor, which deepens with age.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Deep ruby red in appearance, the aroma is a complex intertwining of ripe blackberries and blueberries with spices, subtle smoked notes, and minerality.

On the palate, the supple, powerful tannins and firm acidity spread in a well-balanced manner, and the concentrated flavors of black fruit and nuances of vanilla and chocolate from the barrel linger for a long time.

It has great aging potential and will gain even more depth over time.

Pairing
Grilled Lamb Chop
