When poured into a glass, concentrated fruit aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, and blueberry emerge, gradually superimposed with mineral nuances reminiscent of licorice, herbs, and graphite.

The village of Kournou (approximately 320m above sea level) is located on the Causse plateau. The soil here is mainly red clay and limestone.

Vinification
Maceration takes place in cement tanks for an average of 20 days.
The wine is aged for approximately 15 months in 225L and 500L old French oak barrels and conical wooden vats.
