Dosage: 3g/L. Winemaking is done using the traditional Champagne method, using only the first pressings. Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 24 months before disgorgement. Bright aromas of white fruit, with fine, silky bubbles on the palate. A sparkling wine that expresses the terroir of the highlands, with a balanced minerality and aromas of apple and pear.
