早い開花と乾燥した夏を経て、例年より約10日早く収穫された2020年。メルローもカベルネもタンニンが豊富で、酸とアルコールのバランスが整った年です。美しい濃いガーネット色から、熟した赤い果実、スパイス、シダーウッド、鉛筆の芯を思わせる精緻で複雑な香りが立ちのぼります。口中は豊かで力強く、クリーミーかつエレガント。シルクのようなタンニンが品格を添え、長い余韻に胡椒の風味が残ります。
Tasting note
Beautiful deep garnet color. Fresh, subtle and complex nose with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, cedarwood and pencil lead. In the mouth, it is rich, powerful, creamy and elegant. The tannins are silky smooth and elegant. The finish is long, with fruit and peppery flavors.

The 2020 vintage began with a rainy winter and a warm spring, which led to early flowering. The summer was dry and hot, but a thunderstorm in mid-August reduced temperatures, allowing the Merlot to swell but the Cabernet to remain small. The harvest took place about 10 days earlier than usual, with the Merlot harvested in sunny weather and the Cabernet harvested in thunderstorms. Both the Merlot and Cabernet have rich tannins, good acidity and the right amount of alcohol.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
