適度な夏の気温が酸を保ち、8月の乾燥が成熟を促した2017年。収穫日を注意深く見定めて仕上げられたヴィンテージです。深く濃厚な色合いから、バニラやココナッツ、黒い果実のブーケに、スパイスやシガーボックスの微妙なニュアンスが重なります。口に含むとふくよかで甘みがあり、精緻なタンニンがなめらかに包み込みます。ボリューム感のある美しい長さと、繊細さと優雅さの際立つバランスが魅力です。
Tasting note
Deep, intense and very dark in colour. The nose is wide-ranging, showcasing a bouquet of vanilla, coconut and black fruits, with subtle nuances of spice and cigar box. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, smoothly coated with fine tannins. It has a beautiful length and volume. This elegant structure is the result of special attention to aging. While there is a sense of dignity, the style is imprinted with delicacy and elegance, and this balance is the great attraction of this vintage.

The 2017 vintage was characterized by a dry winter followed by rainfall, a mild spring with no frost, and a hot, dry summer. Budbreak was uniform, with flowering occurring in mid-May and veraison occurring evenly at the end of July. Moderate summer temperatures maintained acidity, and a dry August promoted ripening. Cool, damp weather in September accelerated skin evolution, necessitating a carefully timed harvest date. The Merlot matured in mid-September, and the Cabernet Sauvignon was also harvested without risk.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
