Tasting Notes
When poured into a glass, the orange-tinged ruby red color shines elegantly, and its calm transparency impresses. The aroma is reminiscent of violets, red berries, and blood orange, with nuances of cinnamon, cloves, and a hint of cinchona, and it becomes more complex with time.

On the palate, the fresh acidity spreads vividly, and the fruitiness of cherry and pomegranate is complemented by an elegant minerality.
The mid-palate has smooth tannins and a silky texture.
The finish is long-lasting with hints of spice and citrus, giving it an elegant and sophisticated impression.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, sorted by bunch, destemmed and very lightly crushed.
The juice undergoes pre-maceration at low temperature for approximately 48 hours, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by maceration with the skins for 10-15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.

Aged on lees in second-use French oak barrels for approximately 12 months (continued batonnage).
After bottling, the wine is aged in the bottle for at least 12 months before being released.
