Tasting notes
It has a deep ruby color and initially reveals ripe fruit aromas of black cherry and raspberry.

Gradually, the wine becomes more complex, with notes of earth, spice and a hint of truffle.

On the palate, smooth tannins and firm acidity spread in perfect balance, creating a harmonious balance between fruitiness and minerality.

The aftertaste is long, leaving a delicate and elegant impression, and it seems that its charm will only become more pronounced over time.

Fermentation: Primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels

Aging: 12 months in oak barrels (20% new barrels), then 4 months in stainless steel tanks
