This Riesling is rooted in granite at an altitude of up to 500m. Its color is straw yellow with golden nuances. Its nose is expressive and complex, with strong notes of candied fruit (grapefruit, lemon, pineapple), acacia honey and subtle mineral notes. After a silky attack, an elegant presence spreads in the mouth, with a delicate, long acidity that is well balanced with a beautiful minerality.
