Grapes grown in soils that are a mixture of clay and gravel are carefully harvested and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Along with the rich fruitiness, the wine has fragrant nuances of ripe apples and almonds. It has a smooth, rounded flavor with a good balance of firm body and moderate acidity. It goes well with creamy dishes made with chicken or salmon, and is a satisfying drink.

Tasting Notes
It has a shiny pale golden appearance. When poured into a glass, it has a rich aroma of ripe pear and yellow peach with a hint of honey and white flowers.
In the mouth, the richness of the fruit and the delicate minerality of the granite blend together to support a firm structure. The soft acidity tightens the overall flavor, and the aftertaste leaves a pleasant lingering taste of gentle spice and complexity from aging.

Cultivation

It consists of two plots located on the granite hills of Wihr-au-Val.
The soil is left in natural grassland and cultivated.
Pruning is short, bud removal is very strict, and pest control is carried out using organic farming techniques.

brewing

The grapes are harvested from several small, carefully selected plots and vinified to bring out the natural characteristics of the variety to the fullest.
Direct pressing for 4 hours. Juice carefully selected.
After 24 hours, the wine is left to rest and racked, then fermented for one month.
Aged on the lees for 11 months.
