Grapes grown in fertile soil that is a mixture of sand and clay are carefully hand-picked and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a gorgeous aroma of lychee and rose, and a well-balanced harmony of spiciness and moderate sweetness. The firm fruitiness and refreshing acidity tighten the aftertaste, making it a unique wine that goes well with a variety of dishes, including Southeast Asian dishes.

Cultivation

The vineyards are divided into three plots on the granite hills of Wihr-au-Val. The vineyards are covered with natural grasses and are cultivated. The pruning is short and the buds are removed very strictly.
The produce is grown using organic farming methods.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested from several small, carefully selected plots and vinified to bring out the natural characteristics of the variety to the fullest.
