This white wine blends the strength of fruit grown on the granite of the Vosges Mountains with the pure minerality unique to mountainous regions. The rich aroma of pear and white peach is complemented by nuances of honey and spice, and the fullness and elegant acidity are beautifully balanced on the palate. The pure and deep flavor, born from cultivation in symbiosis with nature, is appealing.

Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
The appearance is a pale golden glow, and the aroma is of ripe pear and white peach.
The aroma of fruits such as apricot spreads, with subtle nuances of honey, roasted almonds, and white flowers.
On the palate, the rounded, rich fruitiness and minerality derived from the granite are in perfect harmony.
In the middle, delicate acidity tightens the whole, and the aftertaste is long, with nuances of ripe fruit and spice.
A well-balanced piece that combines strength and elegance.

Pairing
Roast duck with honey and spice sauce
Pan-fried white fish with butter sauce and lemon
Mature cheese (Comté, Munster, etc.)
