A pure and powerful Grenache that captures the sun and soil of Roussillon.

This is a low-intervention wine, finished with spontaneous fermentation using wild yeasts, and is unfined and unfiltered. The rich fruitiness of Grenache is layered with the concentrated flavor and spicy nuances characteristic of Southern France. With very little residual sugar, it is dry yet spreads with a supple mouthfeel and natural umami. Enjoy the pure charm that expresses the individuality of the ingredients as they are.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
The appearance is a slightly deep ruby. From the glass, ripe raspberry and black cherry aromas emerge, along with notes of dried herbs, spices, and a hint of earth and iron. On the palate, pure and concentrated fruit flavors unfold, with a soft texture and expansive acidity in harmonious balance, typical of natural winemaking. The tannins are fine-grained, and the finish is pleasantly long with spiciness and a subtle minerality.
