A cool Jura elegance woven by old vines

A wine of delicacy and depth, born from old Pinot Noir vines in the Jura region. Fresh fruit notes of strawberry, redcurrant, and cherry are layered with spices like black pepper and clove, and a gorgeous violet aroma. Subtle vanilla and woody nuances from barrel aging envelop the whole, while supple tannins and beautiful acidity lead to a long finish. This is a high-quality Pinot Noir to be savored slowly with red meat or aged cheese.

A brilliant ruby red, reminiscent of ripe cherry juice. It is clear with a medium intensity of color.
It has a smooth and pure impression.
The initial aroma is very rich and complex, with the refreshing acidity and juiciness of red fruits,
notes of compote, along with spices, flowers, and barrel aging aromas.
With aeration, more nuances emerge, revealing strawberries, red currants, cassis, blackberries,
and a richer sensation of fresh and stewed tart cherries.
Furthermore, notes of black pepper and clove spices, a floral bouquet reminiscent of violets,
black olives, and subtle vanilla and oak barrel nuances are harmoniously integrated.
