This floral Côtes du Jura wine, named after its terroir, was selected from a south-facing plot of blue and gray marl. After fermentation, it was aged in barrels for 14 months, resulting in an aromatic, oily cuvée with mellow flavors and hints of butter and brioche. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, or with creamy meat stew, mushroom pie, scallops, or grilled fish.

Technical Data

Marl plot selection. The name terroir is given to the floral Cotes du Jura, which is blessed with southern sunlight. This aromatic cuvée is aged in barrels for 14 months after brewing.
