A floral Côte du Jura named after its terroir, selected from south-facing plots of blue and gray marl soils. After brewing, this cuvée is aged for 14 months in barrels, resulting in an aromatic wine with an oily texture, marked by smoothness and butter and brioche-like nuance. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with dishes like creamy meat stews, mushroom pies, scallops, and grilled fish.
