The initial impression of the aroma is very fragrant and complex. Notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, candied fruit, spices, and floral scents, along with alcoholic nuances, are perceptible. As it breathes, the aromas of green apple, lemon juice and zest, raisins, and confit fruit become more expressive. Further layers of curry and grey pepper spices emerge, accompanied by the elegance of a white floral bouquet, and hints of walnuts, hazelnuts, and aged Comté cheese. The attack is fresh, with a striking lively acidity. The mid-palate maintains its freshness, gradually evolving into a rounded texture. The aromas perceived on the nose translate directly to the palate, offering rich umami and depth. The finish is vibrant, with a subtle roundness and a pleasant bitterness.
