Blanc de Noirs

Blanc de Noirs — Champagne made from black grapes alone.

Pinot Noir and Meunier bring red fruit and ripe pear, a firm frame and a generous fruited finish. Age adds dried fruit and spice. It stands up to charcoal-grilled duck and chicken, and to the savoury depth of sukiyaki or teriyaki.

We look above all to the Montagne de Reims, home of Pinot Noir, and to the Vallée de la Marne where Meunier speaks clearly.
