Grown on calcareous soil, the Meunier grapes are carefully hand-picked and undergo a secondary fermentation in the bottle using wild yeast to produce delicate bubbles. The aroma of vibrant red fruits and white flowers spreads abundantly, and the mouthfeel is tightened by fresh acidity and minerality. This Extra Brut wine is characterized by its clear and light taste, with a pleasant balance of elegance and satisfying texture.

It is golden in colour with a slight soft pink sheen.
Countless vibrant bubbles create a delicate, persistent ring of foam.
The aroma is medium-intensity with aromas of red fruit jam, citrus, quince and apple.
Over time, as it is exposed to air, the aroma of biscuit and meringue emerges, giving the Meunier its unique flavour.
On the palate, the purity stands out, with a lively and shining mouthfeel.
The red fruit flavours are again apparent with a sharp and delicate texture.
The gentleness of Meunier spreads in the middle, leading to a lingering aftertaste that exudes individuality.
