ドメーヌ・ヴァンサン・ゴディエの10周年を記念したクロ・ド・ヴージョ グラン・クリュ 2019 が入っていた、228リットルのフレンチオーク単一樽。空になったその日の午後に、2021年冬蒸留の原酒が詰められました。プルーンやドライアプリコット、栗の果実香にアカシア蜂蜜のフローラルな趣、繊細な樽香とバニラ、ダークチョコレートが重なります。なめらかなアタックと、長くバランスの取れた余韻。

Comment from Jean-Luc Broud, Spirits and Drinks Consultant exterior Beautiful orange hue. scent First nose: Complex, fruity aromas reminiscent of prunes, dried apricots and chestnuts with floral nuances of acacia honey. Second nose: Delicate oak aromas, reminiscent of vanilla, dark chocolate and antique wax. Taste Attack: Smooth and pleasantly fresh, supported by a subtle acidity. Mid-palate: The flavor unfolds richly in harmony with the aroma, and the grain nuances are more pronounced in the mouth than in the aroma. Finish Long, well-balanced finish.

This wine is crafted from a single 228-liter fine-grained French oak barrel. This barrel originally contained Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2019, created to celebrate Domaine Vincent Godier's 10th anniversary, and was emptied on the morning of March 19, 2021. The same afternoon, it was filled with D019, a malt distilled in the winter of 2021.
In addition to the signature Sorigny (fruit and straw notes), this fresh single cask edition offers a new expression, combining the elegance of Burgundy's Grand Cru wines made from Pinot Noir with the gentle flavor of Planet barley grown in the Bois-Dieu plot.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
