1987年植樹、0.25ha。サントノは厳密にはムルソー村に位置しているが、赤はヴォルネイの特徴に近いため、「ヴォルネイ」を名乗ることが認められている。深みのあるルビー色。熟したブラックチェリーやプラムのアロマに、スミレやスパイス、ほのかな土っぽさが調和。口当たりは丸みがあり、しっかりとしたストラクチャーと豊かな果実味が特徴。力強さの中にもエレガンスが感じられ、長い余韻へと続く。
Owning & Enjoying

Tasting notes
Deep ruby color. Ripe black cherry and plum aromas are harmoniously combined with violets, spices and a hint of earth. On the palate it is well-rounded and well-structured.
Characterized by a rich fruitiness, it has a sense of elegance even in its strength, and continues on with a long aftertaste.
With ageing, it has the potential to develop more complex flavors.

Production

A 0.25ha plot planted in 1987.
Although the Saint-Honore vineyards are technically located in the village of Meursault, their red wines are closer in characteristics to Volnay and are therefore allowed to call themselves "Volnay".
