Planted in 1987, 0.25 hectares. While Saint-Honot is technically located in the village of Meursault, its red wines are closer in character to Volnay, allowing it to be called "Volnay." A deep ruby color, the wine offers aromas of ripe black cherry and plum, harmoniously blended with violets, spices, and a hint of earth. The palate is rounded, with a firm structure and rich fruitiness. Its power is complemented by elegance, resulting in a long, lingering finish.
