ヴォルネイ1級「ル・ヴィラージュ」を構成する区画のひとつを、モノポールとして所有。0.56ha、樹齢50年、主に粘土質の石灰岩と白い泥灰土からなる土壌です。深いルビー色にガーネット色の煌めきが差し、よく熟した小さな赤い果実の繊細なアロマに、ヒヤシンスのような花とまろやかなスパイスが加わります。洗練された滑らかなタンニン、長い余韻。15〜16度で、仔羊のすね肉とともに。
Tasting note
Deep ruby color with garnet sparkles. The delicate and elegant aroma of well-ripened small red fruits is complemented by a floral (hyacinth) and mellow spice scent. Rich, round, and pleasant taste. The tannins are refined and smooth. The aftertaste is long and slowly fades, making you want to drink more and more.
Food pairing
To fully enjoy its aromas, it is best served at a temperature of 15-16°C. It is an ideal partner for lamb shank, duck fillet and sweet morels, as well as a triple cream cheese such as Brillat-Savarin or Chasseau.

The winery owns one of the plots that make up the Volnay 1er Cru "Le Village" as a monopoly. 0.56ha, vines 50 years old. The soil is mainly composed of clayey limestone and white marl. Deep ruby color with garnet sparkles. Delicate and elegant aromas of well-ripened small red fruits are complemented by a mellow scent of hyacinth. Rich, rounded, and pleasant taste.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
